Australian Reunion

I received my No 2 newsletter whilst in the midst of selling/packing up my house in Sydney. I have now moved up to Buderim in Queensland on the Sunshine Coast. Reading the newsletter, I was amazed to find two names in Australia - but more to the point within 1 '/2 hours of where I had been living in Sydney. I immediately wrote to both 'girls' and was delighted to receive replies. After many phone conversation, we met up in Sydney on a glorious sunny winters day.

Sarah Lauxmann (nee Booth), Christine Freeman (nee Bennett) and Rosanna Jones (nee Calver) met up for lunch in the "Rocks" area (this is the oldest part of Sydney). We had a delightful few hours trying to work out who we knew, who remembered what of RC etc. We parted after a very pleasant few hours together and have vowed to do it again - maybe by then some more 'girls' will have been found on the Eastern coast.
